I've been "In the trenches" since 1995 and I keep EXTENSIVE notes on solutions to problems that I have encountered. I am also an excellent researcher and if a new problem comes up, I usually can get the answer within 1-2 days. I have been building and upgrading computers since 1996. I keep up with all the latest and greatest hardware and software. I co-own Compudocs and also am going to teach a computer class in the San Fernando Valley shortly.
